Beat Spörri is advising and representing
enterprises and entrepreneurs with regard to all legal issues nationally and
internationally, in particular in connection with disputes, litigation,
arbitration, administrative proceedings, transactions and contract drafting.
Beat Spörri is an experienced litigator and
advisor mainly active in commercial and business law, corporate law, labour
law, real estate, inheritance law, private law and migration law. He is
representing national and international companies and individuals in administrative, court
or arbitral proceedings. He is assisting enterprises from the start in
Switzerland until the succession of the enterprise. His experience in M&A
includes complex and cross boarder acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures,
restructuring and sale of real estate packages. With regard to labour law, the
expertise of Beat Spörri extends not only to the drafting of employment
contracts or termination agreements but essentially to employment regulations,
bonus programs, employee participation plans, remuneration of the top
management and directors of listed companies, transfer of undertakings, mass
dismissals, employee involvement, investigations, work permits etc.
